By the end of this program participants will demonstrate the ability to communicate with new hires from the day of offer (when they were on "cloud nine") to the time the new employee steps into the classroom to feel a strong of sense of belonging and confidence in the school district.Program Format
- Employment offers by the Human Resource Departments
- Constant (weekly) communication with the new hires by Human Resource Staff or Retirees assisting with the hiring of staff
- Information on license issues
- Information on district mentor program
