Program Description

SOL Tracker is a state-of-the-art data analysis software tool that complies with state and No Child Left Behind standards. This easy-to-use data analysis tool is capable of producing outcome, demographic, and process data and reports to the individual student level. SOL Tracker includes thousands of ready-to-go reports for results from SOL tests, SELP, Virginia's Alternate Assessment program, district assessments, DIBELS, PALS, STAR, Stanford 10 and MORE!

This program is designed to introduce new users to SOL Tracker and its capabilities. This highly interactive and hands-on instruction lasts approximately three hours and uses district or school results from SOL, SELP, and VAAP.

Program Format

This program is conducted in a computer lab and is highly interactive and hands-on. Participants are introduced to the major program components and then work through a set of skill-builder activities designed to reinforce learning objectives. Successline's School Improvement PlayBook is used to guide users in generating key reports that support the school improvement process and increased student achievement.

Target Audience

This program is designed for administrative and instructional staff members whose duties require data analysis in support of the school improvement process and/or compliance reporting. The program is only for SOL Tracker owners.

Self-Selection and/or Identification Through School Division

No, unless a district wishes to have self-selection. Yes, this is a district-sponsored program.

Duration of Program

This program consists of a single session and runs three hours.

Outcomes Measured

Content knowledge is assessed throughout the workshop.

Program Evaluation

Participants complete an online or paper survey; results are reported back to the host district.
